How We Find & Verify Coupons

Zuba Reviews lists coupon codes, sales and shipping offers for online stores. This page explains where those offers come from, how we check them, and what our labels mean, so you know what to expect before you click.

Where our offers come from

The merchant's own website. Most offers come straight from the store: homepage banners, announcement bars, sale and clearance pages, bundle pricing, and sign-up offers for new customers.
Exclusive codes from brands. Some brands give us codes for our readers through their affiliate programs. These are marked as exclusive on the store page.
Publicly shared codes. We sometimes list codes that shoppers have shared publicly, but only when other shoppers have recently confirmed them working.

How we check offers

We confirm on the merchant's website that the sale price, discount or free-shipping threshold is currently live.
We note the conditions that apply, such as a minimum spend, eligible products, or first-order-only offers, in the offer description.
We do not list randomly generated codes (for example from spin-the-wheel pop-ups) as fixed coupon codes, because they differ for every shopper.
When a store has no working code, we list its real sales and shipping offers instead of padding the page with unverified codes.

What our labels mean

Exclusive Code: provided by the brand specifically for Zuba Reviews readers.
Code: a promo code you enter at checkout.
No code needed: a discount or offer that applies automatically on the merchant's site.

Keeping offers up to date

We review store pages regularly. Offers that have expired or no longer work are updated or removed, and seasonal codes are removed once the promotion ends.

What we don't do

We don't invent codes or discounts.
Merchants can't pay us to change how we describe their offers or products.
We don't sell products, process payments or handle orders.
